Los Osos Addition

This whole house addition and remodel in Los Osos, California was designed to transform both the function of the home and its connection to the surrounding coastal environment. Situated with sweeping views toward the waters off Morro Bay, the design strategy focused on opening the primary living spaces to the scenery. The addition reconfigured the kitchen, great room, and master bedroom into a unified view corridor, utilizing expanded glazing, reoriented walls, and indoor-outdoor transitions to fully capture the waterfront setting. The result is a light-filled coastal residence that maximizes views while enhancing daily livability.
